The collection of the keys will be done in a store called “Nevados” which is 30 meters from the portal, (photos are attached), the key collection schedule will be during business hours in the morning from 09:00 to 13:00 and afternoon from 15:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday, it is essential that we provide the approximate time of arrival.

24-hour service:
In case of arrival outside business hours, there is the possibility of having an automatic key collection service through a 24-hour safe, for which you must specifically request it (additional charge of 10 € for the service).
Send us an email or specify it at the time of booking, requesting this service, we will send you an email with the box number and password for key collection.

The return of the keys once you leave the apartment can be done by depositing them in the mailbox at the door of the office “Nevados”.
